Original vintage / antique Vienna coffee house chess set with foldable board box.
It was made in Hungary in the 1930s.
There is an emblem inside "Gallwitz Brothers, Budapest". That was a famous shop of wooden goods (pipes, games etc.) in the 1920s - 1930s. The shop was destroyed by a grenade in the WWII.
Complete set. In very good condition for its age.
Medium / small size set:
The king height is 2.7" / 7cm.
